Having Sharon as our personal trainer has been a wonderful experience. Prior to last year, I had never worked out in a gym with weights. My son inspired me to want to begin weight training and good friends recommended Sharon as a personal trainer. With Sharon's expertise and experience, she has designed a workout program that has built up not only my physical strength which I never knew I could have, but also my confidence in weight training. I know when I train with Sharon that I have a specifically designed program to enhance my ability for those things I desire to do such as playing stronger tennis. I thought at my age, I would be too old to start a workout program. Having never participated in real exercise, I thought any workout program would leave me stiff and sore. I soon learned, working with Sharon, that neither of those statements has been true. We started eight months ago and I haven't been this toned, this firm, this healthy in years-and all without sore muscles.
Since training with Sharon, I have learned a safe way to strengthen my knee after ACL knee surgery. I have successfully improved by balance, strength and speed. I held the lead soccer score in Brevard, and went to State in Track. Now I have a bright future in college soccer!
